1. Government ID proof
A photocopy or soft copy of a valid Government ID—Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Passport—must be submitted before the trip starts.
2. Payment terms
- 30% advance to block the vehicle.
- 50% payment at boarding before the trip starts.
- 20% balance at the end of the trip before drop-off.
3. Day calculation
One day is calculated as a calendar day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
4. Package inclusions
Package prices include parking, toll, interstate permit and check-post taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
5. Air-conditioning usage
AC will not be operated during hill-station drives, uphill/downhill routes, or while the vehicle is parked or idle.
6. Driver allowance
Driver food and accommodation charges apply for outstation trips.
7. Night travel
Night driving between 10 PM and 6 AM is restricted for safety. Sightseeing is covered during daytime. After 8 PM, the vehicle may be used for dinner and should return before 10 PM.

Cancellation up to seven days before travel may be made without vehicle cancellation charges. Last-minute cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Hotel cancellation fees follow the individual hotel’s policy.

Hotel prices may change based on availability, season, holidays, demand and customer requirements.
